Dorothy Miller

The WCWA is mourning the loss of one of its founders and leaders,
Dorothy Miller passed away Tuesday, Feb 23, 2016 at her home in Newark.
Dorothy was a birder who became active in protecting the White Clay
Valley from the threat of a dam in the 1960s. She was a leader
in the effort to obtain designation of the White Clay as a
National Wild & Scenic River. She was an amazing woman and
will be missed by all who shared her passion for the White Clay Creek.
