HOW TO KILL THE SYMPLAST OF A TREE
Does your CAR need protection from construction activity? When will
people begin to consider their trees as much as they care for their cars?
When will people have TREE PROFESSIONALS care for their trees as they
have people care for their cars????
HOW TO KILL A TREE:
- Plant too deep.
- Plant to shallow.
- Plant in soil that is too dry or too wet.
- Damage roots during construction.
- Change the landscape drastically near the tree.
- Hit tree with a lawnmower time and time again.
- Build a patio around it.
- Build a walk that goes right by it.
- Inflict a wound(with a knife, axe, during construction).
- Prune improperly.
- Over-fertilize.
- Use salt around your trees in winter.
- Thin out the area greatly.
- Give a sudden exposure to the sun.
- Let low heavy branches form; they'll break off during a storm.
- Plant to close to your building
- Plant flowers and grass under and around the tree.
- Use herbicides around the trees.
- Inject the tree with chemicals and fertilizers.
- Park your car or drive trucks underneath the tree (compact the soil).
- Prune all species and all ages of trees by the same recipe (standards)
of all species and all ages of trees alike!
- Keep raking all the fallen leaves and dead branches away with out replacing
with composted materials (carbon source)
And the list goes on...
