Occitan Influences On Brithenig?
So far, I can only find the word "amur", which spread from Occitan
(aka Provenšal) into Brithenig in the sense "Courtly Love", or in
more modern contexts "illicit affair" or "partner in same".
The inherited word "afur" continues to mean "love" in a broader sense.
Note that in French, the borrowing "amour" completely displaced
the native "ameur" except in the sense "rut (in animals)".
